I visited yesterday and was very impressed with Irene, the office manager and the entire staff including the doctor who took his time and explained everything in detail . They didn’t try to oversell anything and were very very transparent. It’s obvious they really value their patients. I highly recommend this office.

How much does it cost to get a tooth pulled without insurance?

The cost of a tooth extraction can vary on many factors, including your current dental health. The average fee in markets across the United States is between $150 and $400. Additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of the procedure and whether or not you opt for sedation. If you have insurance, your procedure will likely be partially covered by your provider. If you don’t have insurance and are concerned about the cost of your extraction, let us know. We can discuss other options we have available, like our in-house membership plan or third-party financing.

What is the best way to find a dentist who does dental implants?

Dental implants are the best tooth replacement option out there. They are an investment, so it’s important to do your research when choosing a dentist for this procedure. There are three types of dentists who specialize in dental implants: prosthodontists, oral surgeons, and periodontists. These dental specialists have completed extensive training in dental implants.

What level of education is required to be a periodontist?

All dentists in the United States must have either received a Doctor of Dental Medicine (MD) or a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from one of the 67 accredited dental schools in the country. Dental school is three years of a combination of classroom and hands-on learning. Periodontists continue their education with an additional three years of training in periodontology. On top of that, all dentists must complete a certain number of continuing education hours to keep their license.
