Dr. Aaron attended the University of Michigan and graduated with Distinction with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the School of Kinesiology. She then pursued her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey where she earned the distinction of being on the Dean’s List every semester. While in school she became passionate about surgery and obtained her degree in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry from New York University.
Dr. Aaron is a Board Certified Periodontist, which is a testament to her commitment to the specialty by attaining the highest level of recognition from the American Board of Periodontology. Not all periodontists are board certified by the ABP and she has truly distinguished herself from the others in more than one way. She has many years of practice experience with expertise in surgical services including dental implants, various techniques in soft tissue grafting for recession and mucogingival defects including Pinhole Technique, bone augmentation, sinus elevation, crown lengthening, regenerative periodontal therapies, treatment of peri-implantitis, and surgical extractions with ridge preservation. She has trained with world renowned implant and periodontal surgeons, Dr. Tarnow and Dr. Fletcher to name a few.
She maintains an active membership of the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Dental Association, and the Northeast Society of Periodontology.
In addition to her expertise in periodontics and implants, Dr. Aaron has a friendly and kind personality and has a calming way about her while treating her patients. A native of West Long Branch, she resides in Westfield with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends.
