Our In-House Dental Savings Plan has been designed to satisfy the demands of patients who do not have dental insurance by providing access to quality dental care at an affordable price.
Membership fees must be paid at the time of plan registration.
All discounted fees must be paid in full at the time of service. No refunds will be issued if the participant decides not to utilize the plan during the membership year. Membership fees paid are only active for 12 months from time of purchase and non-transferable. Can not be combined with dental insurance.
